Terms of Service

You have made a great decision to start and grow your print on demand business with Print A Trend. Please take the time to read through the terms of use, Understanding how everything works is essential to a great experience.

The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract (this "Agreement") between you or your company and Wheel A Trend Pty Ltd that governs all use by you of the website (the "Site") and the services available on the Site. We will refer to Print A trend and all of its affiliated companies collectively as Print A Trend. Print A Trend is a print on demand company for businesses that want to outsource their printing and delivering component. Print A Trend white-labels prints and dropships products directly to you and your customers.


Access and Membership

In order to use our services and site as a reseller, you need to register for a reseller account. This will require some personal details as well as your company name (does not have to be a registered name). Once registered, you are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Services, Products, fees, charges, terms at any time, including the availability of any feature or content, but without affecting orders which have already been confirmed. Any changes to the Terms of use will be posted on this website and you agree to review the terms of this agreement every time you access the website.

Subscription Registrations

When registering your subscription you will need to complete the subscription checkout form. In this form, you will be required to provide your business name and contact details. In the event that when registering you do not successfully pay for your subscription through our payment gateway, Paystack, we will contact you to be added to an ongoing debit order for payment once you agree. In certain cases, the card that is used for your subscription might not allow for recurring payments. In this event, you will be contacted to change the card or go onto the debit order list. All debit orders take place on the last working day of the month.

Managing Your Account and Subscription

You are in full control of your subscription and can manage your subscription by contacting us via email. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. You will not be entitled to any prorate refunds when cancelling before your term has expired. As this is an auto-renew system it will be your responsibility to cancel your subscription before then next term begins. Once your next term begins you will not be entitled to cancel that term and request a refund of any remaining time on your contract. Once you have successfully cancelled your subscription, you will receive an email notification from us confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.

Debit Order and Payment Cancellations

We action all debit orders on the last working day of each month. However, we have to submit the debit order batch no later than the 25th of each month in order for your debit order to be processed at the end of the month. We, therefore, cannot accept any cancellations between the 25th and the end of the month. All cancellations received during this period will be considered as received on the 1st of the following month and the processed debit order will still be actioned against your account for your monthly subscription fee. A stopped payment on your debit order is in direct contravention of your agreement with Print A Trend and therefore will be seen as a breach of contract. We reserve the right to proceed with action against you for any breach of contract pertaining to stopped payments. You will incur a R120 stopped payment fee which will be invoiced to your account along with any outstanding fees due on your account. Stopped payments do not constitute a cancellation and the full cancellation procedure must be followed.

Content Rights

You understand that you are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through our sites or services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the Content, including all necessary rights to post it or use it on your Products sold, manufactured or printed by us. You also represent that you’re not infringing or violating any third party’s rights by posting the Content or using the Content on your Products sold, manufactured, or printed by us.

We agree that any Content that you post using our Services will remain yours. This means that we will never add your product to our store without your Consent. We will post any products printed by us onto our social media platforms for advertising purposes unless specifically instructed by you not to do so.

We are committed to following appropriate legal procedures to stop printing for any reseller infringing on copyright or intellectual property. We will try to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify and protect their works. We reserve the right to do any or all of the following at any time at our sole discretion:
(i) immediately suspend printing for you or any use of our services, and/or
(ii) remove, block, and disable access to any of your Content that is alleged to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
When we receive proper notice of intellectual property infringement (via email or otherwise).

Communication Methods

By using our Services, you’re agreeing to our communication methods which describe how we provide information to you. This simply means that we reserve the right to send you information electronically (by email, etc.) instead of mailing you paper copies

Digital Items

Digital items (like mockups, templates, images and other design assets) and texts created in connection with the Products and/or Services we offer and their intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Print A Trend. Digital items and any results may only be used in connection with the advertising, promoting, offering and sale of Print A Trend's products and may not be used for other purposes or in conjunction with products from other manufacturers.

Returns and Exchanges

Print A Trend is a print-on-demand company, which means all products are unique and produced only once an order is placed. This also means returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong color, size or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Print A Trend offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery.
